tuesday sucked. it was a commitment problem i guess
wednesday i went on splits with elder fleming the other zl. we went and contacted with my pres. it was dope. taught him how to put a baptismal date in the contact. welcome to mexico. also hooked him up with a signed pic of me. he loved it
thursday we went on splits with the aps. worked our butts off and saw some solid fruits. we contacted on oposite sides of the street. he wasnt a fan of that idea "obedience elder" smh we can still see and hear eachother. he did do it tho.
friday we commited maria guadalupe to get baptized the next day. all about the commitments. it was cool. ive never commited someone to get baptized the next day. gonna try it again some time. when i called my ward mission leader to tell him he said "dont worry ill take care of everything" made me so happy. never had such a good ward mission leader.
friday night we had a zone activity where we went to some sisters area and worked with some priests. all of their appointments fell thru. set some dates with contacts tho. fun night. i also heard there was an earthquake. didnt feel a thing.
saturday we had guadalupes baptism. honestly one of the worst services ive ever seen. maybe it had something to do with the short notice but apart from the bishopric two members showed up.
saturday in the afternoon we contacted with a member and contacted this family that told us they believe in god but havent found a church they like.... can you say golden???? guess we will see. dude also speaks perfect english. born in texas. idk what hes doing here.
sunday was good. everyone we were expecting to go to church went. and after church was spent packing for my comp.
today we had changes. my new comp is elder consuegra from chiapas mexico. ive heard some crazy things about him. i guess my president trusts me a lot ahahaha. seems like a good guy tho.
